The Pantry @ Bramble Hill is all about home baking made fresh to order.

Gail, who runs the business, has a background in catering as well as a previous career in nursing. She has had a dream of sharing her passion for quality and delightful home baked traditional breads, cakes and traybakes.

The Pantry @ Bramble Hill is the commencement of the journey from dream to reality where your order is baked fresh on the morning of the day you require it - made fresh to eat fresh!

We are based on a small farm in the heart of the County Antrim countryside, working from the farmhouse kitchen.

There are no preservatives added to our products during the baking process in our kitchen. We use the finest ingredients, which are locally sourced where possible.

Gail's desire is that you enjoy the same home baked products that she shares with her friends and family.
